Gold Class is held by roughly 15% of collision repair shops. It requires every technician involved in collision repair to complete training every single year — hidden damage, repair-versus-replace decisions, airbag and seatbelt inspection, and the technology in cars that did not exist last model year. We also hold I-CAR Platinum technician recognition and employ ASE-certified technicians. Our body and paint workmanship is warranted against defects for as long as you own the vehicle, in writing. Parts carry either the manufacturer's warranty or our own one-year coverage.
We work with every major carrier and negotiate supplements directly with your adjuster. Our claims desk answers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We remain an independent shop — our obligation is to your repair, not to an insurer's labour rate.
Free vehicle pickup and delivery, loaner cars, a shuttle, and complimentary Uber or Lyft when you need it. Plus a clean waiting area with WiFi if you would rather stay.

Our flagship collision repair center is in North Hollywood, with additional locations in Bel Air and Venice. We serve customers throughout Los Angeles County and Orange County — and if you cannot get to us, we will come and collect the car.

That means we deliver repairs in accordance with the original manufacturer's (OEM) specified repair procedures; each technician assigned to your vehicle's repair has the qualifications, certifications, and/or training necessary to perform their job properly. We use only genuine quality repair parts. According to industry statistics, Regal Repair OEM Certified Center ranks in the top 10% of collision repair businesses nationwide. It is in an elite league of best-in-class operations.

What Gold Class requires
Our technicians hold I-CAR Platinum recognition and ASE certification. Completed repairs are documented against the vehicle's VIN and secured for the life of the car, so a future buyer or appraiser can see exactly how the work was done.
How Certified Repair documentation worksManufacturer certification means the automaker has audited Regal Repair's tooling, technician training and documented repair procedures against its own requirements. BMW, MINI and Tesla work is handled as a specialisation rather than under a manufacturer certification programme, and is labelled that way here. All manufacturer logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
