Why it is Crucial to Repair Your car at our INFINITI Certified shop

In today’s market vehicles are built using innovative technology. Auto manufacturers continuously come up with safer and smarter cars to keep you and your family safe behind the wheels. However, accidents still happen and when they do, your smart car absorbs all the collision energy to its parts and away from the cabin. In these instances every small detail and screw plays crucial role.

Some Innovative Features are:

  • AHSS (Advanced High Strength Steel)
  • Closed Circular Structure
  • Load Path
  • Seat belt pretensionioner
  • Active Hood System
  • Air Bag
  • EASC (Energy Absorbing Steering Column)

To keep up with the ever evolving innovative world Regal Repair is committed to follow the trends to make sure that your car is repaired with highest industry standards and with genuine parts. We invest a lot of resources into training and new technology equipment, to ensure that your car leaves our facility in pristine condition, as if it just left the factory.

We stand behind our work with our Certificates and Written Lifetime Warranty.

Regal Repair Waiting Area

Infiniti models we repair most

Every Infiniti is repaired to the factory procedures for its specific VIN. We see plenty of current cars and plenty of earlier ones — Infiniti owners tend to keep them — so both are here.

Don't see yours? We repair every Infiniti, current or not, and the procedures are pulled for your specific VIN regardless.

Whichever you drive, the work follows Infiniti's published procedures with genuine parts, and the ProPILOT Assist and Infiniti Safety Shield sensors are recalibrated before the car goes back to you. Skipping that doesn't set a warning light — it just leaves the systems reading the road slightly wrong.

What changes when the shop is certified

Both shops can make the car look right. The difference is what happens underneath — and it only shows up in the next collision.

Certification does not make a shop honest. It means a manufacturer has physically inspected the building, the equipment and the training records, and re-inspects every year.

What happens to your car, step by step

Typical timing for a car repair at our North Hollywood shop. Structural and EV work runs longer; we tell you which one you're in on day one.

  1. 1

    Estimate and pre-repair scan

    Day 1

We photograph the damage and run a full diagnostic scan before touching anything, so every stored fault is on record from the start.

  2. 2

    Disassembly and hidden-damage check

    Day 1–2

Panels come off. Most collision damage is worse than it looks from outside, and this is where a supplement to the insurer gets written.

  3. 3

    Insurance approval

    Day 2–4

Our estimator sends the documented supplement to your carrier and negotiates it. You don't have to make that call yourself.

  4. 4

    Structural and body repair

    Day 3–9

Measured on the bench and pulled back to factory dimensions, using the welding and bonding methods car specifies for that VIN.

  5. 5

    Refinish and colour match

    Day 6–11

Sprayed to the paint code on your door jamb, blended into adjacent panels so there's no visible edge in daylight.

  6. 6

    Reassembly and ADAS recalibration

    Day 8–13

Cameras, radar and sensors are recalibrated to specification. Skipping this step leaves no warning light — the systems simply aim at the wrong place.

  7. 7

    Post-repair scan, road test, delivery

    Final day

A second full scan, a road test, and a detail. You leave with the scan reports, the parts list and the written lifetime warranty.

Most car repairs finish in [7–14] days. Structural or high-voltage work runs longer, and back-ordered parts are the single most common cause of delay. We tell you which category you're in before you leave the estimate.

Before you agree to a shop

Your insurer can recommend. It cannot decide.

The most common thing customers tell us is that their carrier "assigned" them a shop. In California that isn't how it works.

  • You choose the repair facility Under California Insurance Code §758.5, an insurer may not require you to use a specific shop. A recommendation is allowed; a requirement is not.
  • A network shop is not a certified shop Direct-repair programs are commercial agreements between a shop and an insurer. Manufacturer certification is a separate credential, audited by the manufacturer.
  • You can ask for genuine [Brand] parts Your policy language governs what the carrier pays for. We write every estimate to factory specification first, and tell you plainly where a carrier is pushing back.
  • We handle the carrier, not you Our estimators negotiate supplements directly with your adjuster and bill the insurer. You deal with one person here, not a claims queue.

Already been sent somewhere else? Bring us the estimate — we'll tell you what it's missing, at no charge.

Get a second opinion

General information about California law, not legal advice. Coverage depends on your individual policy.

How long a car repair takes, and roughly what it costs

Nobody else on this search publishes these numbers. We will. Ranges come from our own completed car jobs and assume parts are in stock; your estimate is the number that counts.

Bumper cover repair & refinish

2–4 days

Single panel replacement

4–7 days

Multi-panel, with ADAS recalibration

7–14 days

Structural / frame repair

14–25 days

What actually causes delayBack-ordered parts, not labour. We order long-lead parts at the estimate stage rather than after teardown, and we tell you on day one if your repair has one in it.

All Collision Repair Shops Are NOT the Same

When you bring your vehicle to our Factory Certified and Gold Class shop, you can be confident our technicians have been trained on:
‣‣ How and where to look for hidden damage that you may not see
‣‣ What can be safely repaired and what needs to be replaced
‣‣ How to inspect and repair air bags and seat belts
‣‣ Current vehicle technologies and repair techniques
Don’t guess. Choose our trained repair professionals for your collision repair, and recommend us to your friends and family too.
Because safety matters.
