BMW 7 Series Front Collision Repair

This BMW 7 Series came to Regal Repair with front-end collision damage. As with every BMW we repair, the work followed BMW repair procedures, used OEM parts and finished with factory-matched paint.

The Damage

The impact affected the front of the car, the area that houses the bumper cover, reinforcement, lighting and the radar and camera sensors used by BMW driver-assistance systems.

How We Handled the Repair

  1. Pre-repair scan: a full electronic scan to find stored fault codes and any sensor or module damage not visible from the outside.
  2. Teardown and blueprinting: the damaged area was disassembled so every broken clip, bracket and hidden part could be listed before ordering, which avoids delays from surprise supplements.
  3. Parts and body repair: damaged front-end components were repaired or replaced with genuine BMW parts and fitted to factory gaps.
  4. Refinish: the new and repaired panels were color-matched to the original BMW paint code and blended into adjacent panels for an invisible transition.
  5. Post-repair scan and quality check: a final scan, panel-gap and finish inspection before delivery.

Why It Matters

Front-end repairs on a flagship like the 7 Series involve sensors and lighting that must work exactly as designed. Following BMW procedures protects both safety systems and resale value.
